From about the time I was 12-16 I would get erections easily but didn't know about masturbation, though I only got wet dreams when I was 12-13.  Why is that?

I think they are more of a pre-teen thing. Although, guys/men still get them, sometimes. Now that you masturbate, you probably relieve some of the build up and don't dream as much? I'm guessing.

ejaculation comes with physical maturity and starts during puberty.  an erection can happen the minute a penis develops -it doesn't always mean a sexual feeling has occurred.

some guys get wet dreasm only for part fo puberty whoel others get them not at all. then agai some wake up every morning for years to a little gift from their penis. It is all normal.

well, not everyone gets wet dreams. you got them once but don't anymore thats really normal. I've never even had one so yeah.
