well I am a 15 year old 5'8 dude, and I weigh 150 pounds. and I am happy with my body (sort of), but the only thing is that I am weak and my arms are very un-muscular, how can I build muscle fast, efficiently and effectively? what are some good exercises?

I have gym access, and I want to do something during my summer

Push ups are the best overall body builder you can do. Cheap and you can do them at  home any time. Gradually build your strength by doing them every day. Do as many as you can the "guy way" with good form, then do 20 more the girl way. Each day you will see you can do more and more ans they will build muscle and tone at the same time. Hold your abs tight and those will tone as well.

buy protein powder to help boost muscles, then just work out, but do the same routines every day so that your body gets used to it, then up it a little to extend muscles

DUDE get p90x its an unbelievable workout program. If you work hard for 3 months you will get ripped. look it up on google
