How do you judge condom size?

im kinda young and my girlfriend and i are realllly getting active but i dont know how to judge the inches to sizes on the box, help plz?

alright...take a used toilet paper roll get hard and if you have space or can get the roll of toilet paper over your hard on...go normal size...condoms are actually based off of thickness not length...well okay like the magnum XXX or some such are but magnum down to normal ones are based off of girth! hope it helps.
