Shower daily, and scrub your back with a loofa brush or something similar. It speeds it up considerably.

Buy some Aloe Vera moisturizing cream, that usually speeds up the peeling

Shower more..gets the dead skin off. You could also try scratching at it gently if it's not sensitive

You can always scrub the dead skin cells off :]

Keep you skin moisturized, the best way that works is apply baby oil after a shower

You could try an exfoliant.

loofah (or however you spell it)....it will remove the peeling skin.

I would use a big amount of lotion.  it can help stop the peeling and make your skin feel better and look better....too.

if you took good care of it, it won't take long to go away. Just wait it out.
