Painful feeling in my leg?

Painful feeling in my leg?

Ever since this morning, I had a painful, sore feeling in my right leg. I know its' not because of the way I'm sitting and it hurts most when it's being extended and contracting. The lower half of my leg has almost a numbing feeling. It's not extremely painful, just annoying. The pain is mostly around my knee and there is no inflamation. I recently had a torn ligament which healthed after a few months in that leg and I'm not taking any medications, but I just got off of birth control.

that's your body telling you to exercise and stretch more. eat a banana then do some stretching for 3 min. when you sit keep your legs extended out not down to allow better blood flow. make sure you move around more then you do. sitting/resting for extended hours can create blood clots in your legs. but working out or running  20 min a day will open your veins up more and clean them out.

Numbness & pain in legs can be caused by a few different things like diabetes, injury or meds. Use thermal therapy to improve circulation & ease pain. C your doctor if its still bad in a few days.

It could be coming from your back. The nerves in your back go down the leg also. Birth Control could cause underlying problems with blood clots and circulation, so be careful of that.
