ok, my right ear has been hurting alot, and I started swimming quite a bit, it hasnt hurt sence i started swimming, and the other day i pulled a lump of Wet ear wax? I'm not sure,

and its like Swolen up inside a bit.. any tips?

press on the "pillow" of the ear, just the inside that shows. it helps sometimes. it's probably an infection, so go see a doctor. also put hand sanitizer or better, rubbing alcohol on a cotton ball and keep it in there for about 15-30 minutes.



You must do diving a lot. I get that a lot too.

sounds like swimmers ear. There is water in the ear canal. they sell over the counter drops you can use or just use rubbing alchol like 3 drops let it set for a few min then let it drain as the alchol dries it dries up the water. My daughter has swimmers ear also and this is what the dr told me to do for her.

This is a condition known as Swimmer's Ear.

What happened was water got into your ear canal, and the Ear was irritated, when the water went to far into the ear.

There is some over the counter drops you can by at your local pharmacy, or Target or Wal Mart.

Flush them out with nasal saline decongestant. Also blow your nose as much as u can. lay ur head sideways and lay your hand over the pained ear and push.... your hand acts as a suction cup to suck the water out, hold in place for about 45 seconds.

im pretty sure its swimmers ear.......for that you need to go to a doctor thoughh...
