I have severe pain in my left side near bottom of my back is it kidney infection

It could be, so make an appointment with your GP, but do try not to worry, I also have a pain, but it turned out to be my wife,

It could very well be a kidney infection. If you have fallen recently then that may be the case too. I would go see your doctor to be shure

Possible. Go see a doctor. If it is, some anti-biotics should clear it up. It could also be a muscle pull or tweaked nerve.

See your Doctor that he there for, I don't think that ther is many Doctors on Answer & Question.
