Menustral question?

Menustral question?

Last night I woke up because I couldn't sleep my stomach hurt and so I got up to take some pain reliever but walking back to my room I got dizzy and almost fell and couldn't really move because everytime my cramps would hurt more and more I then got very feverish and nausiated so I was stuck on the floor with the fan in my face and the pain was so unbearable I got up to get some night quill so I could just sleep it off and I noticed my legs were shaking!

this is the second time this has happened to me what should I do when this happens?

ok i have the same problem as you do . My advice is to take my Midol as quick as you can it really helps. Also, buy a heating pad and lay down put oo your uterus and  lay down. Drink hot beverages also. If these conditions persist i would really recommend going to a doctor thats what i plan on doing if it gets worse.

Hope you feel better☺♥☼

As simple as it sounds, you need to tell your mother and go see a doctor ASAP.  Tell him or her what is going on.  They will do some tests to find out if there is something more going on than what is normal.  I know it'll feel weird, but seriously, your health is more important than your comfort level.

I had problems with my menstral cycle until after I had children.  I ended up being put on birth control for a while, to balance out what was going on.  They also put me on iron supplements as I would become anemic during that particular week.  I hope this turns out to be something simple that the doctor can help you out no problem; but please do say something to your mom or dad.  You really do need a doctor's advice!

well as for my self i have very very bad and heavy periods..i thought taking birthcontrol pills would help, but made my cycles worse..usually i use a herbal heating pad and some midol and craps go away in about 10minutes. maybe you should try.. good luck

Your legs could be shaking because of the nyquil, especially if you just took a pain reliever before hand. I can't take Nyquil at all because, even though I sleep great, I wake up a little shakey with heart palpitations.

If you have an electrical heating pad, keep one at your bed side ready to turn on so you won't have to do too much moving. You were probably about to pass out from the pain and also from having lost blood. Are you anemic at all? Also, if you've just started having your periods this can be like getting hit with a brick wall for some girls. Mine were so bad when I first started but got better after a few years, and even more better once I went on the pill.

There's a pressure point just in the area of your belly button. If you press on it with moderate pressure for a few seconds and then let go this can help with the cramps. It works for me.
