If I run a mile everyday and eat healthy, will I be able to lose weight?

I'm 14 years old. I'm going to start running a mile everyday and eating healthier. I'm also a dancer and I dance for four hours everyday. I'm looking forward to getting rid of my tummy fat and lovehandles. Do you think this would be able to work for me? Help me, please!

Yes you will Just keep it up and avoid soda and drink a half gallon of spring water a day.



also try this out:



do 250 sit-ups in the morning and 250 sit-ups before bed.

Do leg squats against the wall 3 sets of 20 once every other day.



Walk for 30 minutes twice a day or jog in the house for 30 minutes if the weather is bad out.

Ride a treadmill for 20-30 minutes a day and  that should do it. Make sure you do this through out  the day not all at once.





Try this for  3 weeks and see the difference only if you really want to loose weight.

You know what? What i think is the best for you to do is to choose a sport that you like and go and continue it. If you play a sport continuously, then you will have a great body now and in the future. Also, don't eat a lot. as soon as you think you are full, stop. If you do a sport, eating a bit of junk food doesn't matter as much.

if u stick with it and do more of a jog then a run  sometimes. my sister gained weight from running - growing muscle. so jog sometimes and actually do it everyday or so often and yes you will
