Getting in shape?

ok im 5'4, 105 lbs.

i dont want to lose weight just build some muscle and get in shape for fall- soccer, basketball, volleyball, track will be starting.

help with a workout plan please.

How old are you?  When I was in high school I used a book called "Toning for Teens".  It's really quite effective, if a little cheesy.  It's got a weight training routine; all you need to do is buy a couple of light weights.  It's designed to make sure you tone muscle without bulking up.
