Do you think I will lose weight? (Details)?
I exercise an hour a day on exercise machines, eat no more than 1,500 calories a day, do sit-ups, weightlifting and pushups every day, and I do some gymnastics on our swing set (flipping over the top bar and such) about 20 min. a day and I ride my bike most days. I am 90 pounds, 5'3", and hoping to lose weight in about a month (for school). How much do you think I will lose?
