Do i eat enough?

i'm trying to lose weight, but i can't eat anymore than this because it makes me feel guilty



Bannana & milk- breakfast

Packet of baked walkers- lunch

Grilled chicken and broccoli- dinner

  lots of water

Lots of water is very good, but I would suggest eating something more substantial for breakfast.  Eggs or a chicken omelet or something would be a much better choice.  You need some protein to burn throughout the morning.

No , just be eye balling your food you are getting less than 1000 calories . I'm not sure what Baked Walkers are so I just had to do a assumption . You need to add more veggies , and lean protein plus fruits .

Staving yourself doesn't really work, You need to eat more, just make sure its all healthy, and then exercise. Body fat is tough to get rid of, since your body is storing it up for later.

It sounds healthy, but doesn't seem like enough. If you are exercising, then it is definitely not enough!! What are baked walkers?
