I need to loose 10-20 pounds in 2 weeks.. how??

the best way is swimming everyday, have breakfast and dinner, remember not to have lunch. go to bed early at night and wake up early in the morning. This is what I would do to loose weight.

its very unlikely to do that... but if u are in a hury to lose weight.. run in the morining before u eat breakfast.. so u are burning fat right away.. then lift weights later in the day..



watch what u eat.. reduce the carbs

I'm eating 800-1000 calories a day to try and acheive the same kinda thing.  Im also exercising for 30-60 minutes a day.  Should work.  Good luck.

eat 200 to 500 calories a day. exercise alot. If you go over on calories use laxitives or water pills to clean out your system. Good Luck!

Run everyday

Don't eat any fat food

Eat 1000 calories each day

When you're craving for food chew a gum

Drink lots and lots of water!!

Always drink water before you excersize.

eat fruits and veggies daily dont have a late dinner and eat so that you wont get full and IMPORTANT EXERCISE
