I need to loose 10-20 pounds in 2 weeks.. how??

I need to loose 10-20 pounds in 2 weeks.. how??

my dad is coming down and he is a little judgemental

i really want to loose this weigh before i see him

  how can i do this?

i know its not healthy... and that after he leaves ill gain it right back

Well I think it's totally about self-control:



Breakfast: integral toast and a 70-calorie yogurt



Lunch: Fruit (any kind, except banana) and a fish (not fried)



Snack if you get hungry: gum or 90-calorie diet bar



Dinner: Light soup (not a creamy soup, it has too much fat)

Or maybe a cup of special K or cheerios



Some other tips:

DON'T EVER DINNER AFTER 7PM, IT HAS BEEN PROVEN IN INVESTIGATIONS AND THAT HELPS A LOT, TRY TO DINNER BEFORE 7, I SWEAR IT'S AMAZING



I recommend you coffee in the morning, it gives you a lot of energy! (without sugar, or maybe splenda)



Another thing is to drink green tea twice a day, it burns fat and it's good for your health



And of course, do at least 50 abs per day

I'm sorry your Dad is judgmental Family should be unconditional NOT judgmental.  I hate to tell you this but 10-20 lbs are not going to come off in 2 wks . Maybe 6lbs  max

but that's mainly water weight .  Just eat  healthy and exercise most important do it for yourself and no one else .  



**** I'm sure I'm going to get thumbs down for this BUT I don't care ! Those of you that told the poster to decease calories to a VERY low deficit are full of BS *****

Honey that is soooo bad for your body to lose weight that fast!  You said you know this......but why do you feel the need to do this.  It is your dad......he really shouldn't be that judgmental of your weight!  You shouldn't need to lose that weight for his approval........I am sure you are beautiful and NOBODY.......I mean NOBODY should make you feel like you need to lose weight.  If you want to lose weight for yourself it's different.......but not for anyone else......not even your dad!

I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. no it is really not healthy.

At least for the 20 pounds.

I've lost 5 pounds in 3-4 days by exercising

a lot to speed up my metabolism and eating

really healthy things. But i doubt that's not good

for your body... At MAX, about 10 pounds in 2 weeks

It's not possible. Dont do it. Your dad should love you for who you are and if he doesn't accept that, than don't even bother to impress him. He's your dad so he shouldn't care how you look or how much you weigh.
