How bad was this lunch?

How bad was this lunch?

I had 2 wraps with chicken, lettuce, cucumber and very low fat mayo.

Then i had an apple, a snickers bar and an ice cream!!!

so, now i feel like i have over eaten, shall i have something extra healthy and low fat for dinner, or should i think 'sod it' and have fish and chips?

ok so you ate a lot at lunch. Don't punish your body and throw the day away. Take the high road and eat a nutritious dinner so you at least salvaged the day!

Have something for dinner that is both flavorful and healthy. Perhaps a chicken breast sprinkled with lemon juice and a dash of basil? Oh, and what about a side salad of romaine lettuce and tomatoes with a low fat dressing? For dessert: A bowl of sliced strawberries with a bit of whip cream and a piece of chocolate of top. To satisfy your thirst, perhaps a glass of water with a wedge of lemon?

The lunch could not have been bad as you give me the impression that you enjoyed it.



What you have for dinner would depend on your body shape.  If you are one of those who naturally burn away the calories as soon as you put them on, go for the fish and chips.  On the other hand if you are overweight, well you know the answer...

You were doing great up to the Snicker bar...I think that took you a bit over the top, if you go to the chippy for dinner have fish and peas , no chips,no bread,  that will even it out....enjoy your dinner !!!!!

up to you - whether you want to lose weight or not. wraps and apple sound healthy, lol not so much the snickers.



i wouldn't be able to stomach much more lol, but treat urself x

if you have that once in awhile its not bad but if you have it everyday it is really bad for you fat ***.

NO DINNER AND EXERCICE CUT OUT THE JUNK FOOD THAT IS HOW YOU LOOSE WEIGHT AND DONT FEEL FULL BY NOT EATING TO THE POINT WHERE YOU ARE FULL JUST EAT A LITTLE AND THAT IS IT.

humm... you should have 2 glasses of skimmed milk and   some egg salad .





it sounds tasty..the meal but it sure had  500 calories!

either eat nothing and keep yourself really busy until you go to bed or if you get really hungry, have some cerial!
