Do I have a good meal plan?
This morning at 10am I had half a ham sandwich ( 150 calories ) and pretzels ( 120 calories ). At lunch I'm going to have the half of the ham sandwich (m 150 calories ) and fruit ( 150 calories ). For dinner I'm having steak ( 400 caloriesm ) and a baked potato ( 150 calories ). Is this a good meal plan?
