Do I have a good meal plan?

This morning at 10am I had half a ham sandwich ( 150 calories ) and pretzels ( 120 calories ). At lunch I'm going to have the half of the ham sandwich (m 150 calories ) and fruit ( 150 calories ). For dinner I'm having steak ( 400 caloriesm ) and a baked potato ( 150 calories ). Is this a good meal plan?

good as long as you get snacks in between

it seems and "tastes" good.

but i think u need to add lots of water and atleast twenty min of walk.( i have planned the walk for a week... but im still at the net rather treadmill)

not bad at all.. just include more variety... more proteins, and more fibres... vegetables etc..
