drink lots of green tea&& cold water- it raises your metabolism.
Eat something filling and healthy for breakfast that will keep you from indulging on snacks, i.e banana w/ organic peanut butter.
if you must snack, eat apples, baby carrots, and celery sticks.
for lunch have something along the lines of a low cal salad (skip the fattening dressing and opt for something more healthy like vinagrette) or a fruit salad w/ low-fat yogurt.
Don't eat after 6 or 7, and for dinner eat light carbs (they help you sleep, and sleep is key for losing weight) such as whole grain pasta in a marinara sauce or bean salad in a whole wheat tortilla.
Stay away from sugary drinks as it is useless to waste calories on liquids. Also stay away from chips, pastries, ice cream, and high-sodium foods.
Continue with your running, and stretch a lot, as this helps loosen your muscles and can promote weight loss as well.
