Certain people do not know what to do with themselves because its Ecstasy. It's a feeling that no one can explain an many people cant handle it.  Im saying this from experience when i took 3 in one sitting and i almost killed myself. I guess some people cant take it.

Rather than dehydration, ecstacy users tend to die from overhydration.

if i remember correctly it is because of dehydration.

Because thier bodies cannot handle it. It could be anyone.
