The lubrication on a condom is a water based lubrication.  It can be injested but it does not taste all that wonderful.  There are now condoms specifically for oral sex that are flavored.  My suggestion would be to use flavored lubricant along with a flavored condom as the flavor on the condom does run out quite quickly.
