You have a heat rash, probably with small raised bumps (hives). Antihestamines are best but you also get a cream over the counter called Eurax. It helps to take the itch away!
P.S Don't go on sunbeds they're not good for you lol ;)

Hi, you have overdone your sunbed session. There is not much you can do, time will heal and the itching will subside. In the meantime if you can get some calamine lotion that will help cool the skin and hopefully calm down the itch. I would think in the next day or so you should be getting back to normal.

Sounds like you have "prickly heat". It's an unfortunate side effect when you use sunbeds. Try to slap on some aftersun lotion as often as possible and stay away from the tanning salon for a while..It's better if you get a good base tan naturally and then boost it with a wee trip to the sunbed shop. Remember that too much sun, beds or otherwise, is not very good for you. If you really feel that you have to look like a tanned goddess/god, there are lots of places that you can get one of yon professional spray on jobs.

Too much ultraviolet exposure. Use voltarol only over the worst bits-do not cover more than 10% of your body. Soak the rest of you in tissue oil. Stay out of the sun. Do not ever do that again. You have potentially damaged your skin and you have been a little foolish.

the itching will pass , but heres an idea , don't be so vain , keep off the sun bed , who cares what colour your skin is , and just maybe , you won't get skin cancer from toasting yourself .
