I have these red marks on my upper leg, they appear and reappear sometimes, they aren't rashes, i just don't know what they are, any ideas?

its called blemishes....its common...and yes..blemishes and rashes are different people!!

eczema, aka dry skin patches. Try some aveeno lotion on them next time.
