rub noxema (cold cream) over the skin.  also, you can use wet cooled off tea bags - it helps to pull the heat from the skin.

i dont get sunburns but when my lil cuzen does and she doesnt like the gel crap so she goes in the bath tub with cold water it take the heat off of the skin and she puts like this soap stuff isk what it is but yea she doenst put on lotion cuz that is bad for sunburns
