I noticed one day in the mirror that one eye was a little higher than it should be is this normal? Is there any way to fix it or make it look less noticable? Do you have or know anyone with this problem?

It is very common to have one eye set slightly higher than the other.  As long as you don't have any visual problems then it's nothing to worry about.  It's probably just something that you notice, but nobody else would.
