Am I sleeping too much!?

Is it really bad to be sleeping so much? I got up for 2 hours this morning for a test at school, came back home and I'm just waking up at 7:00pm.

I always have the urge to just crawl in bed and sleep everything off.

Sometimes I don't sleep during the day... but I like to have at least an hour nap everyday...



so is napping a lot bad for you?

Babies, teenagers, and the elderly sleep a lot. You sound completely normal. I was always sleeping as a teenager. I still indulge myself sometimes, but my desire to sleep all the time has faded since entering my 20s. Extreme fatigue in adulthood can be a sign of something serious, like anemia or a thyroid condition, but at your age, I'd be surprised if you weren't sleeping a lot.

How many hours in total is the princess sleeping.  Remembr that sleepng beauty slept for years and found a handsome prince. If your ttal sleep time is 8-10 hours you are OK.

who knows when you are going to bed at night though , depends on how many hours you are sleeping . my gf does this on the weekends she sleeps from like 11 at night til 1 in the afternoon saturday and sundays even though i get up in the morning she just continues to sleep , unbelievable really , her name is bobbi .
