If it is grape juice you have bought from the supermarket then probably not, as it will have been processed.
Juice from fresh grapes, with their skins, should ferment and make some kind of wine.
Better still, crush thegrapes, put them in a big pot, seal it, put in hole in ground and leave. Open in three- 6 months. You should have wine. Its the way they stillmake home wine in eastern Europe.
