Migraines are vascular headaches caused due to sudden vasospasm. They are generally not related to aneurysms.



But Docs generally advice to get a screening test for aneurysm in order to rule them out. Because treatment for the two conditions is quite different. Later is surgically managed & migraines are primarily treated with prescription Meds.

Aneurysms are caused by congenital defects in the wall of a blood vessel,Defect is present at time of birth therefor Not Caused by migraines
