Are you getting enough sleep and rest, its important, are you drinking enough fresh water, also important.. Do you have any allergy (summer/pollen) Is your gen health good, is your diet good, all of these could be factors. Keep cool, obviously if you are prone to over-heating, get fresh air regularly, and learn to breath properly, and to relax.
