I am doing a Chart note dictation that the problem is stated "ulmonary infiltrate" and I can't understand a sentence in the objective section of the dictation.

He says "arterial bothglasses demonstrated hipoximia."

That is what it sounds like to me.  If anyone has any help that would be great!

arterial blood gases demonstrated hypoxemia

I'm a retired medical terminology instructor and have also taught transcription.  I need more of the script to put this in context and figure it out.  Could bothglasses be bypasses?  The spelling is hypoxemia.
