okay i broke my wrist 6 mounths ago. now it is okay but each time i push under the palm of my hands  my wrist hurts. and each time i do bisep curls and if its a heavy wight my wrist hurts and i can pick it up. so i was wondering if i do wrist exercises and drink 2 cups a milk every day will it be normal and strong ????????????????????? and tell me what u did when u broke ur wrist and how u mad it stronger ?

Go c a physiotherapist who can give u the right exercises for your injury. Wear compressive thermal gloves & wrist bands to reduce pain & improve circulation for better healing.

I broke my right wrist in two places April 15, 1982 and it still bothers me at times!  I wear a brace when I am going to do some things like lifting, or doing yard work.



The first thing I thought when I read about you lifting....wear a brace to support your wrist.  Some have a metal brace in it, and some don't.  You will want one that does not have a long metal piece in it that will cut into your palm.  



It is good if you drink milk for the calcium to build bones.

i think it will juast get lots of carcium (like milk just how u said) and excersise it really often. that'll help
