Two days ago I was sleeping and some friends wrote on me with a Sharpie mark on my forearm, thigh and ankle. I washed it off, but the next day, it had become red and all locations had bumps that seemed almost acne-like, yet not itchy, they just hurt when I touch it. Is this some sort of minor allergic to reaction to something in the Sharpie marker's ink?

Wow- you were able to wash Sharpie off? I think the redness is likely due to the scrubbing you had to do to get it off. Run it under cold water a couple times/day and wash it withg a mild antibacterial soap. Follow with Neosporin and you should be as good as new after a couple days

An allergic reaction would probably itch more. I think you rubbed your skin raw. Hope you're feeling better soon!
