You could have dry skin. That can cause really bad itching. Try a moisturizer.

You could have an allergy to the washing powder you use to wash your clothes, or the soap that you use.  Make sure you rinse the soap off your skin really well.  I have had these issues in the past.  Hope this is of help to you.  :-)

well that's exactly the problem. the c0ck only feels itchy when it doesn't come into contact with a girl
