i just got a pain in my back a few minutes ago and its a little lower than the middle of my back.does it have to do anything with my period?i have not had it yet but i got moody sometimes and my belly hurts a little.what is it?

It could be related to your period or stress related. It could be really anything. My friend use to have a urinary track infection (UTI) and one of the symtoms is lower back pain but only if you get it a lot.



Try laying on a heating pad or something warm. Take a little advil if your not allergic and relax.

It may be premenstrual cramps. Get ready, because your period may start very soon!

if it is that time your body can ache in different spots, although if it is your lower back it might be a kidney infection. Stress also makes your back hurt---- had to find that out the hard way.

It may be your sciatic nerve acting up.

Could be your period.  I get back pain.  The location of the pain you describe is by the kidneys. If it is your period, then your period will start in a few days and the symptoms will go away.

Yes, you can have cramps when you have a period. There are special medicines for painkilling.. Don't worry, it's normal for it to hurt!

yea that could be possible i get lower baq pains when i am about to get my period...if not you can also get baq pains from carryin heavy stuff...etc

It could definitely be your period.  sometimes, lower back pain is a symptom of that.  it sucks
