There are several chest infections, but when you include "bleeds from the throat," I must first think of tuberculosis. Are you in a place where Tb is common? Other infections without bleeding include the bronchi of the lung (bronchitis), the lungs (pneumonia), the surface of the lungs or inside lining of the chest (pleuritis). You could also have a tumor which is not an infection but can cause bleeding. You need to see a physician for an accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
